Enhancement: Allow real-time collaboration

It would be great to be able to collaboratively edit, with two or more people, an OpenSCAD file. Similar to editing a google document.

I'd be interested in making a PR, but it might be a long-shot for me.

Absolutely. If you can put some words to the idea then we would love to hear it. You might want to ask the community about this as well, as I'm sure others are interested.

FYI, I have a similar dream for www.z3d.jp/lab/ in which people can contribute designs, create parts, and developer larger projects together. :)
