Removing segmentations with only one point

Removing segmentations that have only one point, since they are too small to consider and also will generate erroneous behavior when used by pycocotools

+1 to this PR! Without this, the head version of imantics will infinite loop on my inputs.

While @jsbroks doesn't approve the pr, install the package like this:

pip3 install git+https://github.com/george-gca/imantics

this will install my fork of the repo with the commits from this pr.
