Page unresponsive after moving between frames with open dialog

First of all, love this tool. Great work and unbelievable that you put it for free. I really appreciate that! I would be willing to fix the problem myself, but I am not familiar with Vue. If anyone can fix it easily go ahead, otherwise I will just try.

Problem: Changing the frame with the keyboard shortcut while a dialog is open, changes the frame, removes the dialog but keeps the gray background overlay that prevents from clicking anything else (menu button, the image itself, etc.). (Tested with v0.11.1 using Chrome.)

How to reproduce: Open the dialog to copy annotations from another frame and then press either N or P to change the frame.

Workaround: A temporary fix is to simply reload the page, but that is not optimal
