Clicking on "members" tab causes freeze with new user accounts

Clicking on the "members" tab causes the web browser to freeze under the following conditions:

1. Admin creates a new account for a user
2. Admin shares a dataset with that user name
3. Admin tries to look at the "members" tab for that dataset before the new user has logged in for the first time

Under the above conditions, the browser will stay frozen on the member page and will not show any details about user groups. The browser can be unfrozen by refreshing the page but will still not show user information until the new user logs in for the first time.

This bug was encountered on the latest version of the production build.

Any idea if it will be fixed soon? I faced the same problem, however the browser doesn't freeze, I raised this #530
