Bind RingMenu to modifier keys

When I try to use [Left Alt, Left Shift, Left Ctrl, Right Alt, Right Shift, Right Ctrl] as a key binding, it reverts to (not bound) when I release the key and doesn't stay activated.

Directly binding to modifier keys (such as Shift, Alt, etc.) is not supported. These can be only used in combination with a key chord (e.g. Shift+R, Ctrl+LeftClick, etc.).

I'd need to see if there is a way around this limitation. Currently, I think, there isn't.
