Does it work?
I have been trying constantly to get this working but it is to no avail. I am certainly on 1.3.1 KSP. I have tried reinstalling and different versions of KSP but nothing seems to work. I get the notification on startup asking if I should allow it to check automatically for updates. But once in the game, there is no button on the tool bar and the / key doesn't bring up the UI. I'd be great if I could get some help! Thanks!
I can tell you that the latest release of this mod works perfectly fine un KSP 1.3.1 :)

You can attach a KSP.log file and I can review it to see if I see something strange

My friend your setup is a mess. You can a lot of exceptions. I saw this on your Gamedata folder!

You copied an entire repo there, with the sources files and everything.
Please try to remove everything but CameraTools and you should see the mod working.
