Describe the bug Eset Smart Security flags 1.7 as having win64/genkryptik.gpqw and deletes the file. 1.6 works fine

To Reproduce With Eset Smart Security installed, try to download or install jq version 1.7

Expected behavior I'd expect to be able to install 1.7

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS and Version: Windows 10
• jq version; 1.7
• Eset Smart Security 16.2.15.0
