Pattern table corruption when switching banks

When switching between banks ("Bank A" / "Bank B") in a new project, the new bank almost always has random data in it. I've attached a screenshot where I opened the program, did not load a project or open any files, and clicked "Bank B".

I assume this is because something isn't getting initialized properly (I don't see this behavior when I open an existing .CHR file); I'll try to find a cause when I get time.
