Convert parquet file to Pylaia format

I have download the iam dataset from hugging-face(https://huggingface.co/datasets/Teklia/IAM-line)，how can i convert parquet file to Pylaia format. reference paper: https://arxiv.org/pdf/2404.18722 @jpuigcerver
