Instructions for building on Debian/Ubuntu

Thought you might appreciate this info to add to the Tutorial. If building on Debian/Ubuntu, you'll need to install the following packages:

apt-get install build-essential libtool pkg-config autoconf
apt-get install libnl-3-dev libnl-cli-3-dev libnl-genl-3-dev libnl-route-3-dev libdaemon-dev libjansson-dev

[onlyjob]

On Debian one can just use official package. Alternatively build dependencies can be installed by the following command: sudo apt-get build-dep libteam
