Question: Socks5 host whitelist

Hi @jpillora - what's your view on adding socks5 host whitelist to chisel? People I talked to they are much happier when they can control which hosts are exposed on the client in socks5 reverse proxy mode.

If the answer is yes - I'll send the PR.
