Missing License and original author for Source

This may not be urgent at all. But it may come up. What kind of license is this project released under? I assume it is open-source broadly speaking, ;-).

Also, most source files are not generated from Xcode, and they lack the standard header comment for the original author.

I would like to give proper credit to the original source, if I am constrained to just drop in files into my Xcode project.
