Questions after reading README.md

Hi,

After reading reading README.md I am still confused about the role/purpose/focus of this library compared to other libraries in the ecosystem - specifcally - Create-React-App in typescript mode. Perhaps this could be added to the documentation.

This is not a fork of neither react-scripts nor react-scripts-ts by wmonk, right?
