small feedback - had trouble getting help working

possibly my own fault since my java skills are rusty but just fyi I struggled a tiny bit getting the help working from the description here: https://github.com/jpaulm/fbp-tutorial-filter-file/tree/master/Step00#help-facility

seemingly my mistake was I actually googled on "Maven Central" and then searched JavaHelp and wound up downloading what I guess was an old version from here: https://search.maven.org/search?q=a:JavaHelp

when DrawFBP gave me an error I googled again and downloaded a newer jar from here that did work: https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/javax.help/javahelp/2.0.05

(I assume there's a good reason it's not just built in but could the tutorial have a direct link to the download?)
