Your paper and code are quite interesting and inspirational. This is not a question about the code, but I request it here to get a faster response.
The S2 figure in the supporting data of the paper does not seem to be accurate. The same picture of s2 and s3 was used.

Thank you for your email. I identified the issue a few weeks ago and promptly notified the iMeta editor. The problem should have been resolved in recent updates.
