Support SIZE

The SMTP extension SIZE as defined by RFC 1870 is widely implemented, so we should support it, too.

smtpproxy can just ignore the additional MAIL argument, though. Simply support sending a SIZE option in the EHLO response when the SMTP_SIZE environment variable is set.
