Rule "First value" not showing Radarr & Sonarr when using default "Library"

Describe the bug When I try to select a First value for my rule, I don't have the rules regarding Sonarr nor Radarr. By default, my Movie library is selected, but it does not show me Radarr options. I have to select my Series library, then select back my Movies library to make them appear.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Rules
2. Look at First value options : I only get Plex and Overseerr actions.

Expected behavior Get Radarr rules if my Movies library is selected (Sonarr rules if Series library is selected).

Hotfix

1. Change my library to Series
2. Change my library to Movies
3. Now I can see Radarr rules
