Menu buttons don't go back to their home pages when on a sub page

When you're on a sub page of a menu item, clicking on the menu item again doesn't bring you back to the home screen. (for instance, editing rules and clicking on 'rules' again. Nothing will happen)

I have a similar issue with going back to the collections' sub page from my specific rules. I have bookmarked IP:PORT/collections and when I go insise a rule and click on back, I'm navigaged all the way back to my firefox homepage. It would be good having something like IP:PORT/collections/rule1 etc.
