I've tried hacking it using Callback Functions, but it would be really great if running the Tests on a remote host were supported directly. For example I need to run the Tests inside a vagrant box (I also use phpunit pulled in via composer, making the path to it a thorny issue), but it may also be useful to be able to run them on an integration server, especially in conjunction with vdebug ;-)
