gedit 3.8 requires python 3.

Hi, I'm using this version of gedit: gedit-3.8.3-1.fc19.src.rpm And I found that gedit splitview would not work, until I changed Loader=python to Loader=python3 in SplitView.plugin. After that, it seems to work.
