Added restructuredtext support

Hi, Python uses restructuredText and not markdown in its documentation. Hence I've added restructured text support. Hope you like it.

Hi,

It should now all be better. It merges automatically. So there is the restructuredtext thing added, there are unit tests, and there are a few useful buttons on the index.html pages.

Could you be so kind to have a look?
