[feature-request] Default behaviour should NOT send data to third party database

The default behavior when running a scan is to send said scan results to a third party database. This is a major issue when using Anubis as an OSINT tool in private or confidential environments. Due to this, I believe it should be either:

• Opt in at each scan (invert the current behavior)
• A flag in the config that is set once on install
