Fix the configuration file path in README.md

The path in the readme is correct. However, an AppArmor bug means that the configuration can only be read from the deprecated path. See: https://github.com/jonls/redshift/issues/878#issuecomment-1830172678

Instead, a note should probably be added to the readme until this bug is fixed
