ARM64 native support

Proposed Enhancement

Package ARM64 versions for Linux and Windows. Should be possible by specifying it as a target arch in the electron-builder configuration. It might be necessary to download the ARM64 build of the electron binary first (see https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/tutorial/windows-arm).
