GitHub Actions is deprecating `macos-10.5` runner

I just wanted to let you know that GitHub macos-10.5 runner is deprecated and expected to be removed by the end of August (https://github.com/actions/virtual-environments/issues/5583). However, at quick glance, it seems that macos-12 will come with Vagrant installed (https://github.com/actions/virtual-environments/pull/5854). Therefore, I assume nested virtualization will be enabled as well. I'll let you know once I test this.

macos-12.6.9 and macos-13 seems to be failing for VirtualBox. it's being tracked on https://github.com/actions/runner-images/issues/8730
