Tagged release?

Hello, Would you mind adding a git tag or put some versioned tarball somewhere?

I wrote a Homebrew formula; it works great but unfortunately it’s HEAD-only due to this lack of tagged release.

One can install it with:

brew install --HEAD bfontaine/utils/eq
