Suggestion about downloading proccess

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Mod Updater checks for updates on minecraft launch but when using many mods the launch time increases significantly without any indication if it's launching correctly or not

Describe the solution you'd like Is it possible to just launch minecraft normally everytime except when there is a need to update mods, when minecraft launches just use another thread to check for updates and save only the mods that need to be updated in a file (or download them directly), this would also add mods recently added from the browsing screen to that file automatically so next time minecraft launches it would download those mods and not check for further updates during launch time, while this would make it so you don't have all mods up to date every launch, it will update them on restart and would decrease launch time

Also, maybe support searching when pressing enter on the search bar?
