Question about whitelist barcodes
Dear authors.
Thank you for an excellent tool for multiplexing samples for sc-analysis.
As I understand it, the whitelist barcodes are supposed to be indexes or GEM barcodes from CellRanger, that you trust (i.e. not all cell barcodes, but those that past initial QC of your later processing steps). Is this correctly understood? Is this how you use correctly use the whitelist function you made?
Is it correctly understood that the whitelist barcodes should be provided as a .csv file like so: AAACGGGAGCGTGAAC-1 AAACGGGCAGATGGCA-1 AAACGGGTCGCTTAGA-1 AAAGCAATCACATACG-1 AAAGTAGTCGGAATCT-1 AACACGTCACGGCCAT-1 AACCATGCAGTGGAGT-1 AACCGCGTCGTACGGC-1 AACTCCCCACCATGTA-1

Yes the whitelist is a text file of a list of cell barcodes you would expect.
