I submitted this plugin in poggit but the manufacturer does not know. You can download this plugin in zip and put this folder into plugins folder of your server and make it into .phar file with DevTools plugin

Hi! Im new to this so i have a few questions. I unzip the zip. Then i put it in the plugins_data folder and then i write /makeplugin SlapperRotation_master. but there is still a Invalid plugin name, check the name case failure. anyone can help me? thank you :)
