If several fees with different dates were defined these dates have to be used for accommodation prices vairation. In other words, if project fee raises from 01.11, we need to be able to setup raise of accommodation price to the same date.

Probably it could be useful to configure independent dates for accommodation price variation, but for me it doen't seems necessary.
