Hello

I am trying to generate a lollipop plots using the following code lollipops.exe -legend -show-motifs -show-disordered -labels -pfam -w=700 DDX55 S544 S594

but it throws me this error: invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value

If I remove the -pfam part it gives me the output but without the protein domains labelled. Can you please help me with this. Attaching the screenshots of the output, the latest (without -pfam, -pfam throws error) and before (with -pfam) . DDX55_13112023 DDX55_before

Hi @vram27,

Are you using an older version of lollipops by any chance? The -pfam option has been removed in October since the Pfam website is no longer available. Pfam domains are now retrieved from InterPro.

The latest release is available at https://github.com/joiningdata/lollipops/releases/latest.
