Create HL7 messages, but the docs are not clear.

Docs: It seems that this line is incorrect

"The library could eventually also contain the ability to create HL7 v2.x messages." https://python-hl7.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

But it seems I can create a message, add stuff and make an HL7 message.

I think you are correct that it's likely just a mistake. I'm currently making HL7 2.5.1 messages with python-hl7 and it's been painless. Our receiving institutions haven't had any issues.
