Add support for Jersey 2.X

This would be wonderfull to have a version able to run against Jersey 2.X

I've got a branch where I have done some work for Jersey 2.x but it's pretty hacky so far. Jersey 2.x doesn't provide a great mechanism for plugging in an alternative DI framework.

See https://java.net/jira/browse/JERSEY-1950 for why it doesn't support Guice injection either yet.

I'll do some more work on my branch to see if I can clean it up a bit and get some tests added and maybe do an alpha release of it first.

It looks like Roger Kapsi of SquareSoft has resolve the Guice / Jersey 2.0 issue based on fixes in Jersey 2.11. You might find it relevant for this ticket.
