This PR is trying to address throwing exceptions while requiring a JSON file and didn't spend any efforts supporting below

  1. fix unit tests Currently it doesn't work because bundle doesn't take any arguments, needs another PR to fix this issue
  2. require json file in console should create another PR is this is a must have.
