Bug description

I tried importing decrypted WhatsApp message from root directory but Signal keeps asking me for storage permission which is already granted.

Steps to reproduce

• I decrypt WhatsApp message
• Place the database file in the root directory
• Try import the file and Signal keeps asking for storage permission.
