JWM: warning: could not load tray icon: "jwm-blue"

git jwm ./configure --prefix=/jwm make install /jwm/bin/jwm then it starts and prints the title of the issue

Check your .jwmrc file and you'll find it's using an incorrect path to jwm-blue.svg. Correct it to the prefix you chose during installation.
