Hi, I cannot access the https://continual.blob.core.windows.net/ckl/ckl_data.zip through the wget, it seems something wrong with the ip address

Hi, I cannot access the link as well (also no access to another link: https://continual.blob.core.windows.net/ckl/data.zip). Are these links expired? Could you kindly change to the new valid links? @joeljang
