No longer able to delete a directory in v4.0.1

The v4.0.1 (maybe v4.0.0) update breaks the ability to delete a directory. I tried both deleting a directory with files in it or deleting an empty directory from the sd card but neither worked anymore. This used to work in v3.2.0. Note that deleting files seemed to work fine.

It does work and you can delete folders sometimes ... When you exit and go back it seems to work, it's strange!
