fix unnecessary query prefix for engine

When we set the QueryStringPrefix as mentioned here, export not working anymore because export engine doesn't handle export action, querystring for engine is unmatching with engine type.

I still get the same problem mentioned in #97 (3 years later). The export link takes you to a plain text page version of the "visible" rows of the data grid, opposed to downloading a CSV of the requested filtered rows. This only happens when using QueryStringPrefix.
