An example of enforcing AWS tagging policies, as well as auto-tagging
Would be great if you could update this example to use [transforms](https://www.pulumi.com/docs/concepts/options/transforms/) in the `registerAutoTags` function instead of the to-be-deprecated transformations

it overwrite all the existing tags, anyway to make it not to overwirte?
Is this possible to do with the automation API? Looks like it is not possible to access the pulumi runtime from the automation API.
