Cannot transfer using CuteFTP or FlashFXP
What version of ftpii are you using?
0.19
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Cute FTP and Flash FXP and try to transfer file.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

= #10054.
[9/8/2009 10:08:25 PM] 520 Closing data connection, error occurred during
transfer.
ERROR:> [9/8/2009 10:08:25 PM] Permanent completion problem reply.

Forgot to mention this is when transfering to a USB connected hard drive.

turn of passv mode, or don't use flashFXP use filezilla or firefox's FireFTP.
make sure port 21 and the ip address of the wii is forwarded in your router,
make sure your firewall allows access to that port/ip.
