Can't mount Iomega ScreenPlay Plus HD

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Connect USB and start FTPii

Please provide any additional information below.

I tryied changind USB port, remounting device (B button), but I always get 
failed.

This multimedia HD has 4 primary partitions and the NTFS one is the last.
