varying convolutional window

Hi, I am really interested in your code and have adapted it for my own purposes. However I have just noticed that the convolutional window is not varied.... This is a particularly crucial factor for my own data..... Could you recommend any immediate quick fix that could allow for different convolutional windows to be tried? and for such traits selected for/against and hence to be passed onto the next generation etc.... Is this at all possible? Thanks
