5.73: Scoreboard isn't updated with characters selected from reported games in a start.gg set

This is for offline events where the score is updated manually by a TO using "Report Data". Characters are assigned but TSH does not update the scoreboard with the characters reported in the last game of the set. Using "Load current stream set" mode with auto-updating turned on.

I believe this is a bug because I remember this being a feature, but not sure from which version this stopped working.
