Update with official Google+ API
Quick question.
Any plans to make this project work with the now released official Google+ API?
Hi audvin,
The new API just came out today and I unfortunately haven't done much yet with it, so my initial response is I don't know.
I would recommend using the official G+ API, as it will be more feature complete and better supported. This project was created to provide a few tools for playing around with your G+ data, and I think you can do most everything you see here in the official API -- and you can do it without proxying everything through your own back end.
I may still play around with extended features, if it ends up being valuable for people. Also, if there ends up making sense to build anything as an extension to the official api, I might take that path. All said, you should use the official API for anything serious you're making. If you want to play around and experiment with things, maybe there will still be something of value here -- just make sure to be respectful with how you use it.
