Steer control fail on priusprime 2021

Hi

I try to test the control by joystick on prius prime 2021.

When running the simpleSend, I can control the gas and brake, but the steer control doesn't work.

I try to modify the code with STEERING_LTA sending with STEER_REQUEST and STEER_ANGLE_CMD set 0.But still can't work.

Can anyone help me about this?
