It could be reasonably easy to add dynamic sites to syncnet assuming they're read only and only creator updates , using something like taffydb. On the other hand , 2...

Folder rescan interval to slow

Folder rescan interval is set by default to 600(probably second), in some cases system uses this and waits for syncing which makes things pretty slow.
