Cannot Get Scanner / Agent to Appear in PMS for Windows

Hey Guys -

I was excited to find this scanner/agent last night so immediately tried to install it. Unfortauntely, the paths mentioned in the instructions didn't exist so searched a bit online based on what I read for installing custom scanners did the following:

• Copied "Training Video Scanner.py" into C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Resources\Plug-ins-ad6e39743\Scanners.bundle\Contents\Resources\Series (alongside Plex Series Scanner.py)
• Renamed "TrainingVideo-Agent_bundle" to "TrainingVideo-Agent.bundle" then copied it into the "Plug-ins" folder in my Plex Data Directory alongside other folder bundles

Even after restarting PMS and editing a library, the scanner or metadata agent would not appear as options. To troubleshoot, I installed a YouTube agent from the UAS (via WebTools) which appeared correctly but still no Training one.

Any suggestions for how to get this working? Also, it would be great if you could add it to the UAS for easy install!
