Include all "tail depths" of a slug in the index.

Currently the slug is indexed exactly two levels deep. That is the slug foo/bar is indexed as:

• foo/bar
• bar

This 'tail matching' should extend to an arbitrary number of levels, such that foo/bar/baz is indexed as:

• foo/bar/baz
• bar/baz
• baz
