Compilation error messages in the plus-loader css file

I've installed using bower. It worked well, but errors are showing up in body:before {} It is coming from the following file bower_components/css-spinners/css/spinner/plus-loader.css

`.circles-loader` seems to be expanding and shrinking the page, creating/expanding both vertical and horizontal scrollbars and shortly afterwards destroying/shrinking them over and over again. I'm using Firefox 40 on Windows...
